These are the type of rollers they use in cosmetology school. Easy to work with. It's a good value for short hair, but too small for hair longer than shoulder length.

Thought there was more big rollers in there than there was It's a lot of small and had to try and do that when I did a rod to roller perm I didn't wish I knew that. But it's great for the money.

It is just what I was looking for and couldn't find elsewhere.

I know some reviews say they are small, or other bad stuff, but this is a basic roller set. This is what comes in cosmetology kits for students. Buy 2 for a whole set of 1 color ( eg. You can't do a whole head of one size- maybe with red though) Not for beach waves. Does not come with a stand for rollers, they're just in a box. Does not come with prong clips which you need for them to actually keep them in your hair. magnetic means that you don't need end wraps and that they cling better to the hair, not that they stick in without the clips. Not to sleep in, only use under dryer. They are standard rollers and in my opinion they're great. I bought these as an addition to my original set so I can do whole heads in one size. Good quality, good ventilation. Good all the way around.
