Q: Are the results permanent or does it fade?

It's not permanent, so eventually it will fade. Based on my experience, color shows up brighter and last longer if you bleach your hair beforehand. Without bleaching, color will last maybe 2-3 month before starting to fade.

Q: How frequent can I use this hair dye? I dyed my hair with this two weeks ago, can I dye it again now with a different color?

According to my experience, one dye lasts months. The hair becomes quite dry after dying, so I don't dye it again in short time.

Q: I have a pink, will it work on it?? What color will i get??

It'll take at least 3 applications in a year to get to the color shown on the box. So do it every 4 months. I've been using Liese for 10 years. I lived in Japan.
