i usualy use 37 merrell, but 37 from this did not fit at all. very tight and narrow.

Awesome product for the gym, but two issues:- Not waterproof- Sizing is completely off. I'm usually a UK 3 or 4 depending on the shoe, but in trainers always a three, and had to go up to a 5.5/6 in these.Otherwise, this is a GREAT price for the product and love the shoes.

Long review: I ordered the 38 size I wear 7.5 us regular shoes and 8 us for running as I needed more toe space. The 38 fit great. I waited to do several runs with these shoes before writing my review. I have painful arthritis in my feet and with all of my super supportive running shoes it was getting worse. So I figured if supportive shoes are not helping I would try barefoot running. I can be a bit extreme as you have probably figured out already. But the thought of not being able to run is just not acceptable. My first few runs I took it super easy. I was worried about creating new injuries and did 2-3 runs at a slower pace with walk/run intervals. Once I realized my feet were not sore I started to run as normal. My calves definitely felt the burn of my new running shoes but I am happy to say my feet are loving it so far. Only time will tell if they are better long term but for now they are giving me hope that I will be able to continue to run for several more years!
