Extremely Dissatisfied - DO NOT PURCHASE IT FROM THIS SUPPLIER
Bought this tool in April 2021. Used it for a couple of times. It suddenly stopped working last week. Tried contacting the supplier but No feedback.Took it to the Launch Service center, they denie accepting it as it was not purchased through them.NOT RECOMMENDED!

Not recommended as not fixing anything
Fixing nothing, and asked me to buy more applications for more than 500 aed and then notice that the billing is subscription payments for every year.

It's Not what they say
It doesn't cover what they say as far as car manufacturers go. 2012JGC/O my car screen show faults and the machine never picked it up Not 1. Disappointing with it to say the least. Even contacted the manufacturer with the feed back and have heard nothing. Not recommended

Haven’t used it a lot, but easy to use and fast VIN loading, speeds up testing.

No Customer Support - No Way to Contact After Warranty is up. NOT FOR THE NORTH AMERICAN MARKET.
It was finicky at best, there are a lot of international vehicle applications which is great but probably about 50% you'd never see in your lifetime. The updates were spotty and so is the scanning and vehicle identification but those were things that you just got used to and the functionality was still there regardless. The problem is that the battery technology used in these units is just absolute garbage for this day-and-age. Every time you go to pull it out of your workbench, it's going to be dead so plan to charge it up before EVERY use. Then you get a few weeks down the line and the battery life is just getting worse and worse until it simply won't have enough juice to turn on.UPDATE: So I found out that this unit is for the Overseas Market Only and is not supported or recognized by LAUNCH North America. After the warranty period is over, there is NO WAY to contact the Distributor or to get ANY support at all. AVOID, go to the North American LAUNCH website and buy from one of their distributors and get REAL Support.

awesome scan tool
I decided to purchase this item due to the fact that all of my vehicles were broke down.this tool helped me diagnose each vehicle's problems.one of my truck's wouldn't even start, I thought it was a fuel pump failure. the scan tool gave me information that allowed me to pinpoint my issue....I had a very dirty throttle body.I cleaned it and did the throttle body relearn with the tool and started the truck - I'm very please with the tool.
