GREAT shower head. I purchased this because of the intriguing idea of actually being able to easily remove the shower head from it's base without standing on my toes and pulling a muscle. This amazing product has fulfilled this wish for me. The magnet is strong, the shower head stays firmly in place and yet with one stroke I can release it from the magnetic dock. It has completely changed the shower experience for the better. 100%. Water pressure is good. Not the best ever, but for me it is worth the trade off. Yes. I removed the pressure regulator and also purchased a longer hose. Highly recommend.

Oh my gosh, this is the best showerhead I’ve ever had. I didn’t look at the measurements, but the head is bigger than I thought it was gonna be and I love it. It was extremely easy to put together and to attach. The magnet is a perfect feature, and I love the button that helps change the settings. I’m going to encourage my mom to buy one. It also has great water pressure. All over this is literally a 10 star showerhead. But since we can’t do 10 stars, I’ll at least give it the five.

We've been using it for about two weeks now. Water pressure is great. It was very easy to install, easy to use, looks nice, no complaints.

I bought this to replace the shower head the builder put in. I am 5'3 and step down into my shower 2 inches. The shower is high up and by the time it hit me there was no power. There were a lot of choices but two things stood out about this one. The ease of adjusting the spray options and the magnetic holder, making it easy to take down. I love this shower head. I know the shampoo and conditoner are being rinsed out. It even cleans my shower pouf. Each option has great water pressure. My husband put it in quickly and there are no leaks.I should also mention that I put in a 5 inch extender so I could reach it.

This wand works perfect, I bought a second one for my other shower.

UPDATE: One month after buying this, the toggle switch stopped working and the shower head would only change between the harshest jet setting and a sad trickle. I'm outside the 30-day Amazon return window so I called Moen Customer Support to report the problem. Customer rep was very friendly and I was pleasantly surprised to hear that the product is backed by a lifetime warranty and that they'll be sending me a replacement which will arrive in the next 2 weeks or so. 2nd UPDATE (8/21/19): The replacement shower head arrived as promised a few months ago. Since then, the showerhead has been working perfectly! :) No complaints here. Great customer service and highly recommend. ----------------- First off, there are 2 MAJOR perks of this shower head that I considered when I was shopping around for a handheld shower head to replace my non-handheld one: the magnetic attachment feature and the button for switching between modes. My shower pipe is already kind of high so a standard handheld shower head that would need to be lifted up and out would have been an unnecessary strain in the shower (I'm 5' 8" but I guess it wouldn't be an issue if you were 6' tall) so I thought the magnetic attachment was a nice touch. I've had the shower head for a couple weeks now and both aspects are living up to my expectations so far! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the hose is a bit short and it doesn't reach the bottom of my tub. I purchased the handheld shower head mainly to make giving my dog a bath easier and the hose isn't long enough for me to rinse her underbelly but if this isn't important to you (i.e. you don't need it to wash your dog), then consider this item 5 stars for sure. It doesn't come with plumber's tape but you don't need it for the installation. Other reviewers have even said that the connections leak when plumber's tape is used. All you need to do is insert the included rubber gaskets between the screw-in connections and that's it. No leaks. As for water pressure, my building has fantastic water pressure to begin with so that wasn't a concern. However, the shower head I was replacing this with had 2.5 GPM (gallons per minute) and I loved it so I wanted to keep the output the same. Without removing the flow restrictor, this shower head puts out 2.0 GPM, but removing the flow restrictor is easy peasy as noted in other reviews and will produce 2.5 GPM with the restrictor removed. Before installing the whole thing, just take some tweezers and pull out the metal clasp inside the shower head and take out the plastic flow restrictor that has a green crosshair on it that's tucked behind the metal clasp. Leave both the metal clasp and the plastic flow restrictor out and continue with the installation. I also loved the size of the shower head itself. It's larger than the other standard ones on the market and I find that much more appealing. It's about the size of your hand (picture included for reference). I wanted the feel of a nice hotel-like shower head and I got exactly what I was looking for. :) You won't be disappointed.

I purchased this showerhead after trying out a couple of unknown brands from Amazon that had great reviews but didn't quite cut it for me. What I can say is that you really do get what you pay for! So, I invested the extra few dollars and purchased a "tried and true" Moen and as I expected, Moen came through for me! The showerhead was delivered quickly and installing it was very simple. I do want to note that reviews on YouTube, as well on the Moen site claimed that you do not need plumber's tape to connect the plastic holder to the pipe. This was not true for me. The connection continued leaking until we used the plumber's tape. Once we added the tape, it was a perfect install. PROS for me are: - The magnetic attachment is quite strong and stays in place firmly - The design of this is great for short girls like me to easily reach to adjust the settings or detach - The push-button adjuster on the front is sooo convenient unlike the old dial style - Provides a nice range of wide and narrow sprays NOTE: I'd like to note that I think this would be great for seniors or folks living with mobility issues. It is a very easy to use showerhead and there is a magnetic mount available to allow for easier access. CONS for me are: - The massage option is not really strong enough and does not apply enough pressure - Does not have the option to stop the water flow which would have been a very nice addition Overall, I am satisfied but I may look at the hacks I've seen on YouTube to remove a particular valve in the showerhead to increase the pressure.
