Great customer support
Product is exactly as advertised. Simple, straight forward VESA compliant mount for a monitor. But the customer support was what got me back here to write a review. I lost the hardware to the mount moving, I messaged with the seller, Gladiator Joe and told them; they handled the situation and got me replacement parts immediately.Highly recommend.

Great quality, but doesn't fit
I read a lot of good reviews about this adapter and was wondering if I should chose this one or the one from VIVO. I ended up chosing this one as it is made in Canada and I wanted to support the local business, even if it costs about 11$ more. The product is, hands down, very well made. Everything from the design to the finish is of good quality. Sadly, it does not fit my monitor even though my monitor is listed as compatible on this amazon page as well as on the Gladiator Joe website. I have both a Dell SE2417HG and SE2417HGR monitors and they are both listed as compatible, but the adapter did not fit any of them. I even checked the manual from their website to make sure that I installed it correctly, and I did. The adapter would slide perfectly inside without any issues, but it wont stay put. I does not seem to be able to attach to the small grey pin on the back of the monitor (the one where you need to insert a screwdriver to remove the original base). I tried using it as is, but it would come off if I try to tilt the monitor upwards and I cannot trust the adapter if it moves like that. Plus the monitor starts to wiggle a bit if I bump the table. I returned this and bought the VIVO adapter and it "fit like a glove" to both my monitors. It is possible that my unit was defective, or maybe it was not compatible with my monitors and someone made a mistake by including the wrong model numbers on this amazon page, because other that this issue, the product is quite good in terms of quality.
