This makeup was terrible. It did not go on smoothly and every time we tried to blend it instead it would just smear off. It left uncovered patches and no matter what we did it didn't cover the entire face. We used water as suggested, tried blending with makeup sponges, used our fingers - just didn't work. We opted to remove the makeup completely and just use some white face powder we purchased to help "set" the makeup and it actually worked better. I would not purchase this item again. Luckily it was extremely cheap so it wasn't really a waste. You get what you pay for. It did arrive on time so the shipper did their part and is no reflection on them. It's just not a quality product.

Whatever you do dont keep piling on this paint or it will get blotchy/patchy. If you do use this, only use a thin layer but overall it's not very deep in the color so I don't recommend. I used it for a minion costume and it looked weird.

Used this for me and my daughters Halloween look and it couldn’t have come out better. I’m definitely not a makeup guru but it was easy to use and a little goes a long way. Will definitely purchase again!

This may not be water-based as the still remains after washing with soap and water. Its a good thing I tested on my hand prior to using on my face or I would have had a green cast for days.

This was typical for what you would expect for cheaper costume makeup, but better quality than the super cheap stuff you find in larger retail stores. We purchased this for a "team spirit" activity at summer camp and it worked perfectly. I would definitely purchase this again.
