I have been buying it for some time and the taste used to be good. This time, it’s really bad. I don’t know what has been sent while the expiry date and all are fine it practically seems expired product.

This is good product.Daily morning dose on empty stomach reduces possibilities of heart arteries blockage, and improves heart pumping rate if low.I am a heart patient and consumes for last 4 months.

Ask your doctor 1st before taking this , people who are already on medications , this does lower your bp , so if you are already taking meds for bp or beta blockers ,it is a problem, people on blood thinners ,anticoagulants ,antiplatelet tabs like aspirin and others need to careful again , this could thin your blood to the point of bleeding again talk to your doctors , i don't do reviews this my 1st but the company should put this on the product , the side effects and interactions with drug, so it does do what it says but there are interactions with meds.
