Ten Stars If I Could. I Really Like This Torque Wrench
Ten stars if I could. This is an easy to set tool and when you reach the set torque you can't miss the click. It's well balanced, strong, has plenty of range, and comes in a sturdy plastic case. I really like this torque wrench. The only minor quibble is that it's too easy to accidently unlock the lock function, but since it takes a small amount of effort to set the torque you aren't going to change the setting unless you intend to. Highly recommended and a great deal for the price.

Horrible!!! Customer service was worse :(
Used once after purchase and it failed!! Would not hold it's torque setting and began to come apart. When I tried to set to higher torque setting a bolt from inside popped the cover from bottom of the handle. Attempted to contact manufacture for warranty as the time had passed where amazon would warranty it and got the runaround. Was told I needed to send a video of it failing in order to get a warranty which is ridiculous! Horrible customer service considering the product was less than 90 days old.

Cheap and Accurate
Very good accuracy and range for. A 3/8 torque wrench. I have checked it on our accuracy checker at work and it is spot on. I only gave it 4 stars because it does feel a little cheap and I don’t think it will stand the test of time in my heavy equipment environment.

Great Quality at a Great Price!
I'm an auto hobbyist. I wanted a reasonably priced, reliable torque wrench for occasional use; mostly for lug nuts. I researched quite a few brands from $50 to $150. I kept coming back to this one and I'm glad I did. Well constructed and solid. Adjustment mechanism works well and sliding lock collar keeps it at set point. At 22 inches, its just about perfect for automotive wheel work. Overall, a quality torque wrench at an unbelievable price point!
