Proper Foods 100% Grass-Fed Beef Tallow, Cooking & Baking, 16 oz (Pack of 3)

I have a tried a few brands from Amazon and all the other tallows are light and fluffy and look like coconut oil. This brand is dense and creamy, this is what tallow is supposed to look like and taste like. I will not purchase another brand again. I have complete trust in this product, I have purchased over 8 tubs at this point and they are all consistently superior quality.

This is the best thing for frying eggs and other things. I previously purchased another brand of beef tallow, but found it was hard to get the tallow out of the bottom of the jar because I had to reach in with a spoon and the jar was a little too deep and narrow. This product makes it easy to get all the tallow out of the shallow container, and the container also holds a couple ounces of tallow more than the other brand at a cheaper price. I'll buy this again and again.

I ordered 2 pounds of this to make french fries in my deep fat fryer. My fries tasted wonderful. I strained and refrigerated the tallow until the next time I fry potatoes.

Love this stuff!!! A little goes a very long way. I cook with it all the time, probably every other day, and I'm just now running out of my 2lb order 4mos or so later. Seems like a very clean product too, as I grab a chunk from time to time and just pop it in my mouth to chew up with a small handful of beef jerky, just to get the fat that I'm missing from the jerky, and I'd say it is definitely clean on the palate, and just plain cooks great! Highly recommend.

Was not my favorite taste. Im new to this so I was not expecting such a stale beefy flavor. Just tastes like really old pan dippings that have been saved on someone's grandmother's stove. Probably will not use the rest. Should have ordered a smaller size.

Wonderful tallow!!! I love the smell and flavor!! Makes a world of difference to whatever I cook in my lodge cast iron skillet, using a vegetable oil was just a nightmare! Wonderful customer service and company!! I would definitely buy again and recommend this product to my family and friends.

Perfect for cooking steak. And eggs. Two in the package , so stored one in fridge and one in freezer. Will order again when we run out.

Great Product. Excellent for cooking and the packaging is comfortable.I also appreciated the advice to freeze the second pack so it won't go bad and I loved the little info sheet with the recipes.I definitely recommend this product.
