I take alot of epsom salt & baking soda baths to help with my lupus and rheumatoid arthritis so I like storing the salts in convenient glass containers next to the tub. Originally I'd bought a pretty gold scoop to match all the gold fixtures in my bathroom, but that rusted in no time and became not only an eyesore but a health concern as well.I did a little research and learned that the wood in this scoop is resistant to rust and other elements. Ordered it, still with tempered expectations, and it arrived soon afterwards with no issue. I love this scoop!! It has held up to the salt beautifully and adds that French Country touch to my modern, glam bathroom. Plus, it's a decent sized scoop (unlike most others I found during my search), lessening the number of scoops I have to use each time I run a bath. Definitely a win!
