Can take weight but the screws are not easy to put them in the wall good quality but you need to buy good quality screws for a bilding material store .

It didn’t take more than 10 punches to make one of the upper Screws to become lose ,not sure if I didn’t fix it properly and it doesn’t come with the punching bag Connector
