Was excited to receive the makeup however it was broken when it arrived, powder was all over the box, very messy. So disappointed.

Mir ist an einem guten Mascara besonders wichtig, dass er nicht klumpt und dass er verlängert, teilt und Volumen gibt. Er muss aber trotzdem natürlich aussehen. Ich habe blonde und sehr feine Wimpern (besonders am unteren Augenlid) und Mascara ist deswegen mein täglich Brot. Dieser Mascara war bisher einer der sehr Wenigen der wirklich alle meine Wimpern erwischt und schön teilt. Besonders nach einigem benutzen verbessert sich die Trennleistung und es gibt auch keinerlei Klumpen herauszufummeln. Außerdem kann ich die Intensität der Farbe super kontrollieren, je nach dem wie viele Schichten ich auftrage. Meine Wimpern sehen natürlich aus und nicht mit Mascara vollgepatzt. Deswegen stört es mich auch nicht, dass es ein Gummibürstchen ist. Wer das nicht mag, sollte vom Kauf absehen. Was mich nur stört ist, dass sich vorne an der Bürste immer ein Klumpen Mascara ansammelt. Wer dunkle oder dickere Wimpern hat, dem wird dieser Mascara evtl nicht gefallen. Aber wer einer heller Typ ist und nicht so auf dick aufgetragenen Mascara und Natürlichkeit steht, dem empfehle ich ihn mal auszuprobieren.

I will absolutely NEVER be ordering from this company again!!! I am a regular Amazon user and have never needed to leave a negative comment before. This product arrived this morning. First of all, it had no plastic hygiene seal around it, which means the brush could have been used to clean a toilet for all I know! Secondly, there is no mascara in the tube, it is completely dried out and a few clumps remain on the brush! Just to clarify, I have been using this mascara for years and have been complemented on my eyelashes several times while wearing it - even on a few occasions some people have asked me if I am wearing false eyelashes. The reason I ordered it on the internet is because my local pharmacy does not stock it (I live in a small town) so I often can only get it when I am in the city. I have tried so many different mascaras over the years and this is by far one of the best ones in my opinion. Usually this mascara would last me between 4 and 6 months (depending on how much I use it) and it an excellent product. After looking at the product that arrived this morning, it makes me think that they are not being sourced legally and they are without doubt knock-off products. I will not order from this company again and will stick to buying in the bigger pharmacies in the city. I would urge you to save your money and order from a reputable company!!!

Eu já usei e adoro o produto, mas a Amazon entregou ele todo quebrado e isso foi muito ruim para eu que viajo muito!!

I feel bad giving 4 stars for a Max Factor mascara even though I believe to be true Max Factor mascara's are no longer available in stores & or being produced.I've had very good luck with most Max Factor mascara's I've purchased online with the exception of this one. It isn't the type of mascara I normally use but I thought I would give it a try since I Love most of Max Factor's mascara's. Sorry to say, this one was fairly dry & clumpy. I've nerver purchased this exact product before, so I'm not familiar if it normally comes packaged. This product came exactly as pictured in listing, new without packaging. This could have been the reason it was dry & clumpy. However, I did not return it in hopes I can do something to change the consistency.
