If you buy this for a running singlet, plan to have the length taken down or DIY if you're into that sort of thing. It is at least 6 inches too long, doing some math here, I'm 5 11, so 6 inches too long would mean just right for someone with a 6 inch longer torso, so double that for proportional legs and neck/head, that would mean this is designed to fit someone 6 11?! Seriously under armor, get your st*ff together. As far as material, it is a "micro mesh" that you can just barely see through if you stick it right up to your skin. It seems perfect for releasing heat and sweat but I won't know until I run at 80 degrees tomorrow morning at 80 degree dew point (REAL 100% humidity), where every polyester running top I have gets completed soaked and simply doesn't dry. I'm 5 11, 190 lbs, about a 42 inch chest, and the large fit snug, but not form fitting, I'd say its a perfect fit for race day or "just too hot for a shirt day" but running without a shirt isn't an option because then the sun would be beating you down.
