It will work for a powder coating but it will melt with its baked!

Is this the stuff that you can cut out a design with an exacto knife and then use it for silk screening or airbrush?

I could imagine you could cut with an exacto knife with no trouble but I’m not familiar with silk screening. I could also see it working well with an airbrush. I used it to make a stencil for a wooden sign I made at Christmas with a silhouette cameo cutting machine. It is a thin plastic like material just like the thin sheets of stencils sold in some craft stores with an added adhesive back. The backing is not too sticky.

Yes, it does. However, buyers beware- this roll comes very tightly rolled and it causes a ton of air bubbles that are next to impossible to get out before using!

Can you use this for etching?

I use it for glass etching. Works great!
