Perfect flavor to add to an old fashioned with bourbon and vanilla bean syrup

We are really enjoying the bitters but what really stands out is the service. The original bottle was damaged in shipment. I wrote the store to let them know they needed to reevaluate their shipping process. We were able to salvage some of the original bottle so I did not ask for a replacement. Today we rec'd a boxed, triple-wrapped bottle along with a little surprise from their store. To do this without asking, was a wonderful surprise and very impressive. I love to find a well-run store/company that has a wonderful product -- and this is definitely a great example.

These cardamom bitters were the first I ever tried, and I just returned to them after trying another brand that a) didn't even taste like cardamom and b) needed about four times the amount to taste any flavor. I also like supporting another Oregon-based small business!I use them with sparkling mineral water for a refreshing non-alcoholic beverage, but they'd likely also work well with something like vodka that wouldn't mask the subtle but fantastic flavor of cardamom.

Bottle was nice wrapped and protected , but leaked. Seal was not broken.

Takes an old fashioned to new heights

So good. Needed this to complete a recipe and it was exactly what I was hoping for. I love love love this flavor.

It’s great for cocktails or to spice up your tea. Very good quality and a perfect gift for cocktail lovers.

One or two drops over ice and then I add two fingers ofKnappogue Castle 12 yr old Single Malt Irish Whiskey. Yummm.
