Bought this through Amazon as it was $50 cheaper than Eureka's web site. The desk was very easy to build if you follow the directions (just pictures mostly). I was surprised at how sturdy the desk was. When unpacking it, I knew the keyboard area was carbon fiber, but the side panels seem to be made out of plastic. The frame itself it metal which gives it it's sturdiness.There are only three things I dislike, but it's not enough to drop the rating by a whole star, maybe just half a star. First, you can change, but not turn off the lights without unplugging the desk from the PC. Second, the desk does sit higher than my old desk, which means, even with my chair raised to the highest it can go, I still feel like I have to reach up to the keyboard. I did purchase the under desk keyboard and mouse tray, but I am still waiting on that to arrive. Third, none of the cups I actually use will fit the cup holder.Overall, this is a really great gaming desk for the price! Plenty of leg room even with my tower under the desk as well. The desk feels very solid and does not wobble at all. Plenty of room without the keyboard tray, but with the keyboard tray, it will open up a lot more desk space.

My boyfriend ordered this desk after his company chose to close the head office to introduce home working. After hours of research on various desks he finally picked this one. It took him approx. 40 mins to build it and he seems very happy with it.It's bigger than I imagined and looks really nice and very sturdy, There is a lot more plastic than both of us imagined however this does not detract from the overall style of the desk. The left and right sides along with the front are all made of plastic, which do look great however for the price these could have been better. The lights are good and give the desk a nice glow, without being too bright. We saw reports stating a 4 way adapter does not fit in the hidden tray, but he fitted his with ease by sliding it through the side of the tray from under the desk.All in all very happy with the desk, so much he has now also purchased the additional keyboard tray.
