Seems it is not original.

The product was not original, it was damaged when i received. After one week of using the paint had started to come out. Was very disappointed with this product.

This is a bad product .I bought this product 10 days ago and its handle was broken within 10 days.I have used this product hardly 3-4times

A good product with no defects, I was worried before ordering the product due to negative reviews but the product is really worth the money spent, cooking has become faster after adding this one to the kitchen, we had only one pressure cooker which is prestige that was purchased 10 yeas ago and now we have a spare that works perfectly fine only drawback is that the lid is a little bit tight than expected, recommended for purchase for a family consisting of 4-5 people, you can cook 3-4 glasses of rice easily, so far it's been used for the last 3 days, pressure builds up faster due to excellent heat conduction. will update the review if any issues encountered in the future.

The cooker is not useful and prestige has very bad after sales service. They do not have any service centers even in Delhi NCR. Our cooker was in warranty and still no service center was ready to fix the issue. I faced the issue of whistle not coming from starting. Despite multiple calls, no one from Noida prestige service center fixed the issue.

The product delivered was broken and to the highest disappointment the pieces were inside the pressure cooker base, have attached screenshot for the same. Also for the 2nd time the same product has another similar issue of lid not locking and it is nowhere in sync with the cooker base. Huge Disappointment from Amazon..never expected such a product delivery. I would think 100 times now before ordering the product again from Amazon..

The product could easily have been a fake1) the logo is scratched out , but since it was a surface issue I decided to keep the product2) the weight came off after first use3) the lid is almost difficult to open after cooking irrespective of the contents being hot or cooled to room temperatureI have an older prestige pressure product which is so much better in quality
