Wonderful!
I absolutely love this product. It keeps me from crashing and getting a sugar migraine. I don't get that 2pm craving for sweets, either. I'm hungry when I'm hungry; I don't get that "hangry" starving feeling anymore. I'm a stylist so my lunch hour is whenever I get a break! I can't eat every 5 minutes. Great product for simple diet plan!
A friend recommend to try out Gymnema with 75% standardized to help control weight gain since we love carbs so much. Carbs becomes sugar and this product block the sugar to be absorbed into the body. I have been on this for 3 weeks now and my love handles is about gone. LOVE IT!!

they did not taste good. Forgetting about the gymnema
It truly does reduce sugar cravings. The first time I had sweets after taking the supplement, they did not taste good. Forgetting about the gymnema, I thought the chocolate chip cookies had gone bad!!
