Anyone know how much pressure went into the tire when you used this? i.e. what was the air pressure after use.. 25 PSi or mabye 30psi etc? Thank you

If you know the volume of the tire you can use a Boyle's law calculator to see what the max pressure will be.(don't forget the final volume is the tire volume + the 1.15l from the air shot). That is assuming no escaping air while seating the tire. With a 29" x 2.35" tire I didn't have any problems with the pressure being to high when I set it, I think when it set for me it was ~20psi. The max pressure a 29" x 2.35" tire could inflate to when the airshot is at 160psi is ~25psi.

will there b a problem with airlines when bringing this?

i have taken mine several times in checked baggage, I remove the hose/inflator. I have not tried it with carry on.

Can the output hose be replaced with one that has a Schrader chuck? If it has a standard 1/4" fitting, it should be easy to change it.

Pasta fitting screws off, so you could get a Schrader fitting that works.
