Great book to engage the whole family
This book has been a bit of a godsend during lockdown. It's a great way to sit down and engage just for 5 minutes as a whole family.6 year old loves doing them with us and it's great to hear his rationale behind each choice. Some of the choices have us all laughing. He also loves reading the facts and finds them really interesting. We keep the book on the table and pick it up as and when. It's great to do just before / after meal times.Great book that can just be picked up and engaged with for as long as you like. Would definitrly recommend.

Disappointingly boring questions
I had hoped for a fun book to give us some laughs at Christmas but found the 'would you rather' questions very dry and boring for kids to consider. The book is far more serious in tone than I thought it would be and is strangely written. Each section begins with a page of 'unusual facts' which read as though they have been translated from another language using Google translate. There is an unprofessional look and feel to the book. It was intended as a gift but I will be returning it.

Good idea
Edit - I have edited this review as some of the questions have toilet humour which is sometimes inappropriate for a child age 8. I thought this was a good Stocking filler because we normally play the game by making up the questions which is hard sometimes to think of new ones and then becomes very random. However we found with this book we had to have a skim read the chapter before handing it over to the child to read aloud, which takes a bit of the fun away. The idea of getting this book was to get everyone involved especially on video calls as it makes it more interactive for the child to get more involved if they are having a day not in the mood for video calls. If it had more pages I think this would be better, and more age appropriate or maybe a chapter which says it will toilet humour or need parental guidance with it.

Good book worth getting
Had lots of fun with this book, some of the comparisons are it bit tongue in cheek but always open up new interesting family discussions

Book to play and make children laugh!
The book has a good idea of trying to make children laugh but it would be in better use if the parent would read the questions out that way it could work. Personally I don't think that the children would be interested to read it themselves!
