I have tried other massagers but I am happy that I went with this one. If you read through reviews of some other massagers, such as the wooden ones, you might find complaints about squeaking or splinters, etc. Then there are other ones that look like this one but the massaging fingers on the other ones appear too small in order to get the job done. You could spend a small fortune on massagers that plug in and promise you the world but if it cannot hit the spots you personally need, it is nothing more than an expensive dust collector. Do not forget that our feet are all different. At least with this one, you are in control. It is super easy to keep clean and is compact, of course. The product is exactly how it is advertised.

Cut down on my pain and easy to use. Perfect fit bands and got great support while using them. Roller was best part and after a few days my feet were good.

I have been battling plantar fasciitis since an injury this spring, with varied degrees of success. I researched many different products that might offer some relief to my foot pain. I decided to order this kit based on the other reviews and I am very satisfied with it. The foot roller is firm enough to loosen up my tight fascia, and is awesome if you put it in the freezer for 15 minutes prior to use. (I had been using a frozen 12 oz water bottle before, with meh results, only because it was SO COLD!) The foot bands are also extremely helpful in giving me a bit more support especially when I am not wearing my orthotics after work. Just enough compression to feel good and not too intense. (I did fall asleep wearing them, which is not advised, and woke up a couple hours later and pulled them off...not bad, but not really helpful, either.) I have not used the lacrosse ball yet, but being a massage therapist, I will get some great use out of it, both personally and in my practice. I am very satisfied with my purchase and am very thankful to have some pain free days!

arrived on time, as described. Had to go online to get instructions for use, but that was not too inconvenient. Too soon to know if it is making a difference for me. I use both the ball and roller twice a day for 5+ minutes each. I wear the pressure strap daily, but its not quite as tight as I would like. overall, the combination of remedies relieves some pain in the short term. Still can't say if it is contributing to a long term solution for my plantar fasciitis.

I do a lot of yoga and sometimes my feet are really sore afterwards so I got this product with the intention of helping with that. The compression brace on my arches has helped so much! They fit perfectly for my size 8.5 women’s shoe size and were easy to slip on my feet. The rubber ball that is included is great for rolling both under my feet and on my back between my shoulders where I tend to hold onto a lot of tension.The roller wasn’t like anything else I have seen either. It has these spikes on it that really help work the areas you need and for me that is my calves and feet. The foam is sturdy and has a lot of give to it so it is a strong,durable roller.I have been wearing the compression support off and on since I received them (not a good idea to wear to bed or for a long time) and I can already tell a difference in how much better my feet feel. Usually when I go out walking or hiking my feet are sore the next day but not now!It works great for what I needed it for and you can’t beat the price either for what all is included.
