Material was good but bad zipping.two zips failed on first use.i want to return but I lost Bill's.please do something

Bought this for my mother. This is exactly what we had expected. The finish is quite nice. As spacious as what it seems in the photograph.

The zippers are very bad, there are stains on the bag. While buying the product whatever was written on product description doesn't match the product at all. Waste of money. I hope amazon stops selling this kind of bad items.
