Good Quality. But longer lengths still need better and thicker optical cable inside jacket.Sound attenuated compared to 15feet length I used previously.

Good solid cable, don't forget to take the rubber protector off of the ends...Exact length as described.Just exactly what it says, works, don't pay extra for gold connectors, these optical cables work with light and not conductivity of metal.

I wanted to connect my XBox One game console to an external DAC (Schiit Audio Bifrost Multibit). Yes, I could have used a coaxial cable (SPIDIF) and had full connectivity. However, I was curious to try an optical link. My DAC vendor advised me against TOSLINK for >5 ft runs. And yet. I wanted to try it out. 25 feet of TOSLINK?! I expected jitter, stutter, and it downright failing. Nope. It works like a charm. I have modest expectations for this TOSLINK cable. It's hidden under a rug between my XBox and DAC. I expect foot traffic to eventually crush the cables' plastic core. Request for future products: add reusable TOSLINK caps.

Cavo decisamente robusto, ma poco adatto alle mie necessità. Il bello delle fibre ottiche è che possono essere di sezione ridotta ed infilarle nelle forassiti diventa dunque facile. Questo cavo ha una sezione enorme. Anche i connettori sono lunghi e spessi, al punto che inserirli nelle forassiti diventa troppo laborioso, specialmente in tratti non rettilinei. Ho ridotto lo spessore del connettore limandolo, ma per la lunghezza non ho trovato una soluzione. Ottimi i materiali, ma mal progettato a mio avviso, se il proposito era farlo entrare nelle forassiti.

Although its mentioned as Amazon Basics, I was a bit skeptical about purchasing the product thinking about the make and quality. To my surprise the Product is of a premium quality and after connecting it to the optical out from my PC to my Yamaha & Channel Amplifier the sound produced from the Polk Audio Floor Standers was quite crisp with minute detailing. I will suggest without any second thoughts go for it..Do remember to remove the protective sheath on both the ends of cable before using, so that the connector does not gets damaged.Pros:1. Quality of Cable : Premium2. Connectors : Good and fits like a Glove ( Here I would suggest that the major part for the Digital Data is played by the Fiber in the Toslink/SPDIF Cable and the connectors do not have any part in the data transfer)3. Availability in various sizesCons: None
