Q: Will acrylic bond to PVC using pvc glue?

I would think so if you sanded it where the glue goes

Q: Will these filter out damaging uv light? i want to protect an autograph i have framed.

There is no UV protection for the display inside. The acrylic sheet itself is UV resistant, but does not offer UV protection for the inside content.

Q: Are these exactly 5x7? i ordered from someone else and the pieces were actually 5 1/8 x 7 1/8 which i cannot use.

They are all 5x7, they are packed in a box slightly bigger but once you remove the glass from the box you will see they are all identical in exact size ordered
