Great space-saving dummy for school training—durable and functional! I bought two of these for my martial arts school (Wind in the Pines Kung Fu). Our students enjoy training with them, and they’ve held up great so far. Pros: Space Saver: Fantastic alternative to expensive, free-standing dummies without taking up floor space. Good Flexibility: The arms and leg have just the right amount of play—stiff enough for proper technique, but with enough give to feel realistic. Durable: They've taken a beating from multiple students and show no signs of giving out. Minor Critiques (Why I would give 4.5 stars if that were an option): No Instructions: They didn't come with any assembly or mounting guide. Mounting Hardware: The wall-mount design (one plate bolted over another) could be engineered to feel a bit stronger, though it is holding up fine for now. Overall, a solid buy for any school or home practitioner looking to save space and money. Highly recommend!

This is a great cheaper alternative to the wooden dummy. I love the feel of the dummy arms and leg, and I'm surprised at how the punching/kicking pads stay stuck on the wall. However, I do suggest to the makers that they greatly improve the instructions to set it up as it took me ages. I ended up ignoring the instructions and doing it my own way. Also, there was no guidance as to how high to fix everything on the wall and how much space to leave between them.

I live in a small apartment. I have no room for a traditional Muk Jong. There were some all wood ones that I could make fit but would make the place look cluttered. This is modular. I can take it down to get it out of view, move it to another location or leave it all up and together. The pads are held up by very strong tape and velcro. I have it on the closet door and it doesn't make too much noise to disturb my neighbors. Now I can get back to my daily Wing Chun training.

I haven't even installed it yet. I think that it will be good, but let me install it and use it for six months and then I will tell you whether it is any good.
