If you're having trouble connecting with your pregnancy, and processing some of the emotions around being prenatally sick (constantly in my case), this is a gorgeous way of slowing the mind down enough to reflect on the different facets of what's happening to you. It's gentle and loving and includes some really nice exercises to aid a deeper connection with your experience. Really lovely.
