I ordered the XS size according to the listed measurements in the product listing and my daughter's arm size (she is 1 yr and 10mo). The product was way too small to get over her cast and now I am unable to return as the seller has a no refund or exchange policy on Amazon so basically its a big waste of money. Not recommended !

That did save summer and vacations at the beach for our daughter. A must to have! Works really well and was well fit for our girl. We used it at home and during our beach vacations.

Used this for my 4 year old with a broken leg and full leg cast. Worked amazing. He's had about 20 bathes with it now and it has never leaked (he does sit pretty still) he doesn't complain about it at all. He is very skinny so we bought the arm protector to use on his leg as the demotions were right. Totally works well. Highly recommend this product.

After my son had broke his arm and was in a full arm cast, at the beginning of the summer I was worried on how we were going to keep his arm dry. After doing some searching I cam across this product and was amazed on how amazing it worked. His cast would stay completely dry during showers, we did not use this product while swimming as we didn't want to risk the cast getting wet. But for showers it worked incredible.
