Nice Product
It provides an experience like what you expect from a gimbal but it's not easy to pass from horizontal to vertical, you need to adjust everytime and it annoys. All the functions described works well.

Annoying for vertical videos
I'm surprised no one is mentioning the fact that it is the most annoying thing for vertical videos. One of the axis sits literally just under the camera. So if your phone is mounted vertically and you pull back from looking down to looking straight ahead, the camera will capture the front axis. This means you can't shoot with peace of mind.

NOT COMPATIBLE iPhone 12 Pro Max - Disappointed!
This unit received last Wednesday April 20, but not compatible on iPhone 12 Pro Max as per the post. Unable to balance. I watch all the tutorials and on YouTube and follow the instructions but didn’t work. I thought its compatible. i have also send message for replacement but no response. Very Disappointed! I hope can be replaced through the help of Amazon.
