Product is good technician installed service fine but only I have one issue it’s problem already when speed reach 5 or above machine get error and stop but at all is good quality I know when I contact I will got resolution ASAP regarding for speed program issue is so good service

I love it.. excellent customer service, once i buy it, i contact the support service for fixing the treadmill, and they just come on time, after 5 days they came and fix it, be patient.Very good for home use,Dont look anywhere, just buy it..

Lets start with good things- easy to operate , handle- material is good belt, body, motor-space is adequate to run comfortably- easy to fold , unfoldBad things-speaker quality is not good- max turn is only 10km-machine arm is not suitable for people who above 176Cm-machine is budging on higher speedFinallyMachine is acceptable and can fit the purposes , price is acceptable and if little less will be great

Does what it’s supposed to do, decent piece of equipment for the price. I find the walking area to be a bit narrow and my feet keep touching the side every now and then. But then again being 6 feet Tall and having shoe size 13 does not help either. Maybe some of the other models have a broader walk area. The technician that did the installation was good.

The hight and the length of the holding arms little bit short, its better to make it more in hight and length.

its a good machine , compact , well designed and quite. Installation and support team was customer friendly and remarkable performance.

Not sure if it is common across all the thread mill, but thi machine occasionally skids and can be dangerously. When talked to customer care they said it might require maintenance, which is costly, and often service technicians charge extra.

Package was delivered on time. Video to assemble this particular model wasn't there on YouTube (yes you have to assemble it yourself) and the video which I did find was for another model and was meh. I used the instruction manual which was a lot better. Tbh assembling it yourself does feel like a bit of a victory.I use a VG500 voltage stabilizer with it which is sufficient. AC motor is quiet af. I took manual incline because I never use incline. A good treadmill. Can go for it.
