Is this a light or darker color. The thing is that it says 221 but in the image there are like 3 221 colors.

Good coverage but does not stay

Its a full coverage make up and i get lots of complement when i wear it. What i hate the most is that it transfers like on my hand or handkerchief and sometimes i accidentaly hit myself with paper and it stained the important document.its very irritating.
