Great for all floor based exercises as you cant feel the floor. Don't put heavy weights on it though as the weight marks will remain permanently.

Pros: light weight, good grip on tilesCons: get marks and foam lost it shape due to body weight and positions. Like where you are putting your knees and knuckle, even with your first use.
