Wir bringen uns dieses Salz schon seit Jahren aus Cornwall mit. Es hat eine wunderbar crunchige Textur und einen tollen Geschmack. Wer das Salz einmal auf Frühstücksei, Lachs oder Antipasti probiert hat, nimmt kein anderes mehr.

Nice, crunchy, flake salt with pure, clean taste. Excellent for seasoning meats and veggies before sous vide cooking and also as a finishing salt. Superior value compared to Maldon salt which actually comes from estuaries (where rivers meet the sea) and is sometimes supplemented with open ocean sea water brought in by barges during certain rainy times of the year. Distinctively better flavor than Maldon and many other sea salts I have tried, too. I'll be sticking with this.

I put this in a salt pinch pot and the 1 kilo lasts aprox 1 year - it stays flakey in the shipping and it lasts in a cool dry place in my cabinets.
