Bons pinceis, certas macias, usar água e o pigmento.

THIS IS IT FOLKS...YES, YOU BEGINNERS TOO, SKIP ALL THE GIMMICKS AND GO STRAIGHT FOR THIS SET
YES, this is the set you want. Start with this set. You've got a limited budget and don't want to waste your time and money on crappy sets with 40 lousy, very similar colors that will not flow across your paper. You're a beginner and don't want to fuss to make beautiful work. Just buy these FIRST. You don't need all the other stuff being fed to you on YouTube etc. Those people get paid to endorse junky crap. You can mix so many colors with this set. Buy this first. Learn to mix your own colors. You'll be glad you did. Learn to draw. Learn to letter. I also recommend you jump right in with the best brushes. Princeton Aqua Elite are delightful to use. Additionally, Baohong paper is priced right and amazing quality. You can add to your watercolor set as needed, just start here. You won't regret it. I've mixed up the most basic color mixing chart. As you can see you can get some very nice greens, oranges and purples.

Great starter pack
Wasn't sure which ones to commit to in 15 ml tubes, so I ordered this one at very good price. Must say, the best color of all is the Rhodonite which is a hot pink or magenta and is supposed to not fade if exposed to light compared to the other pink pigments which usually do. Jadeite is also interesting, dark green with some dark sediment, but can probably be achieved with other color mixes, not sure. Amethyst is a little sparkly actually but not in a mica powdery way, very subtle, and a muted purple. Hematite is a lot like Lunar Black. I have them both and can't really see the difference, but lunar black is cheaper. The others are very nice, but the three stood out for me.
