Beautiful puzzle, the recipient loved it. Made for a fantastic gift for our puzzle lover!

We enjoyed the puzzle, but the picture quality was lower than we expected which made it a bit difficult to piece together. This is the only reason I give it 4 stars. I just wish the picture quality was sharper.On the back of each piece it has a letter for sections of the puzzle. That was extremely helpful in dividing the puzzle up.

There are only four pieces the entire puzzle only has four separate shapes it has a sticky plastic backing and none of the pieces fit properly several of the pieces were torn do not buy this product

This was missing 4 pieces in a group and it came with 4 extra pieces that were already in place. There was also an extra edge piece with part of the balloon on it. Don’t recommend buying from this company as they set the return up for 30 days so I can’t even get a refund. And they are expensive

The idea is great. There is a superimposed set of images from London. There are two challenges. First, the image is a bit blurry making it difficult to match fine detail. The bigger challenge is that many pieces are nearly the identical size. Many times we had to relocate a piece. The best part is the puzzle comes with a full size image from which to work and the back of the pieces are coded. If you love London, this is fun, but it is not the best quality of puzzle.

We liked the puzzle. We don't like the idea that pieces are the same shape with letters on back as a guide. We enjoy more puzzles that have different shapes.

Nice picture, the more you look the more you see. But quite a number of pieces were still connected to each other which was annoying. Some pieces have torn backing paper or little snags on the edge.I like that it included a poster of the picture inside as the box is pretty small, the poster is making it easier to see the details.

Very disappointing product despite its interesting picture design. The puzzle picture is ver blurry which took all the fun out of assembling it. The pieces come only in a few shapes which also makes for some boring work. Many pieces are not completely separated from the other and you must take care not to peel off the top when you try to separate them. The poster which came wit it is too large to work with. On the whole, everything is poorly designed, I do not recommend this puzzle.
