Service of installation and post purchase was great. I got the machine the next day and the installation went very smoothly. I had to call them to readjust the tension and they were very responsive and immediately came to fix it. The machine is easy to use and very comfortable for a person with back and knee injury.

Overall very good..high quality materials used and heavy machine, very much comfortable. Only felt that it needed a front bar to hold which is very much needed for a recumbent bike.

Great for the price but shipping was delayed several times.

I am very satisfied with this bike. this is how I moved the gym to my home, so now I need much less time for workout because everything is in my house and I feel more comfortable.
