This is an opportunity to write to all of you guys who suffers from psoriasis All of these products, moisturizers, creams, public made mixtures, and shampoos contains the only one item that can cure psoriasis, look for it in the ingredients, it’s the COAL TAR SOLUTION, yes, and it is the only proven substance that cures psoriasis. Do your own research!! It is there in all of the products you tried, but with a very low or minimal concentration. Even here in PSORIASIN , it’s among the ingredients.. Trust me guys the only medicine or whatever you want to call it that cures psoriasis from the roots is the coal tar solution with a concentration of 16-20 % TROPICAL SOLUTION . Other thousands of products you may use or find are helping, or a companion supportive items that remove and clean flakes out, making the skin ready to absorb the coal tar solution, getting it ready to react and start treatment, the coal tar solution cannot be used directly on affected skin, but should be applied over clean skin where only spots and redness areas can be observed, but no flakes! I was using DIVOBET, the strongest ointment for cleaning the skin affected areas for 2 days, rest of the week, start applying the coal tar solution on DAILY BASIS, NON STOP, again 2 days for DIVOBET, then continue and so on. Depends on the flakes size you have , you need to continue using DIVOBET till you see that flakes are almost peeled and gone, and here you go .. Now, PSORIASIN was purchased from AMAZON, can’t say it’s bad, but it’s not super or the final medicine to cure and treat psoriasis, it is as I said and explained, supporting cream that helps, and it really helps, you need this item to support your treatment as explained above, or DIVOBET also both together will be super excellent, they work well and prepare your skin as well for applying the solution. It will stop flakes to get worse, it soothing the skin, it stop itching and scaling as it says in the description, it does what it says in the description clearly!! Once your skin is prepared, you need to source out the coal tar solution!! I can’t tell you specific online shop, but it’s not easy honestly.. Finally, during the medication, stop using any chemical products, like bath soap or bath shampoo, use organic natural products and try to keep your skin always moisturized.. The secret here is to use COCONUT oil, not for cooking, but for the skin.. Don’t rub or scratch your skin be careful, and don’t try to peel dead skin layers that are peeled , you will make things worse, and it will cause infection. Let the skin gets treated by itself as it takes almost 28 days for the human cells to reborn and re structure. Take a bath in the morning after 8 hours minimum of coal tar stays on your skin and gently use ARABIC LOFA with Moroccan soap or natural soap , while taking a bath , flakes are peeled easily without external force. After some time mix the coconut oil with some of the salicylic acid to get your skin whiter if you want, it is also very important item in your treatment. salicylic acid can be found on AMAZON , use just a tea spoon over 100 ml of coconut oil , dont put much , its very harsh on the skin.. Do your own research , and I guarantee you that you will get back to normal in 2 months’ time, maybe less, depends on how sever is your condition.. The above treatment was first founded - introduced in IRAQ , and practiced till now days with a VERY GOOD RESULTS ,and its commonly used in Morocco and other places , where they have the coal tar solution, and you can see so many videos on you tube describing the treatment. A useless ointment that does nothing that is not worth its price

I was diagnosed with psoriasis over 35 years ago. The thousands of dollars my family spent on ridiculous treatments that didn't work was a real disappointment, but we didn't know any better and had to try something. This is the best stuff I've used so far for my moderate affliction. Use at your own risk. I put it on when my skin was DRY. I've used other products that say DO NOT apply to wet skin. I've got areas on my arms and legs and around my waist that are bad. I've seen other people who have this crap all over their entire body. I truly feel sorry for myself, but I feel even worse for the people who have it worse than me. I used this product for 4 days straight about 4x a day, and my flakes are gone. It's still red where the flakes were, but it's "smooth" skin now and it doesn't itch. I have stopped using it completely as a test to see how long it will take for the flakes and itchiness to come back. The only thing I can think of that I really don't like is the smell--the smell is really strong, in my opinion, BUT IT'S WORTH IT TO ME. The product is also a bit greasy/oily until it soaks it, but again IT'S WORTH IT TO ME. Based on my initial use, I must give this product 5 stars. If I have any future problems with or change my mind about this product, I will report back.

I've had psoriasis since I was 17. It's been treated by dermatologists through the years but continues to return. I'm 51yrs old now have 5 children and struggle with maintaining my psoriasis. I don't have time to visit the doctor and the cream & ointments only work for a short time. I decided to try this ointment it reminded me of one I've tried before and know that tar would help my skin. I ordered 2 and began applying it on 2/13/22. It's been a month now and I must say it's clearing up. I had my daughter take pictures before I applied it and I will continue to check on the progress. So far so good, my arms and legs were covered and some on my back and stomach area. I was unable to wear short sleeve clothes during the summer heat 😩. I'm hoping this summer I can go swimming in a swimsuit. So far most of my stomach area is clear and arms. I'm still working on my upper legs/thighs but they have lightened up. This ointment will hopefully allow me to have a joyful summer. Only a month and I'm impressed how it's working. It's worth it!!! Once I get my pics organized I hope I can post them.

I've had plaque psoriasis for 15 years and have never found anything that works well (besides sunshine). This ointment works better than clobetasol for me, without the dryness and expense. I use it once daily after showering, and my lesions have become smooth instead of scaly; less red; and less itchy. I bet if I used it twice a day I'd get better results. No way around it, the smell is strong, but it subsides after a few minutes. I haven't noticed it staining my clothes. Glad I tried it.

I’ve never left a review on Amazon- but this product blew me away. Age 24 I’ve started getting those large psoriasis patches on my shins in the winter- raw, itchy, red, flaking. So bad that I stopped wearing skirts & dresses to work- not even tights could totally camouflage the spots. After a week of using this product, my shins look like they have nearly-gone bruises, and only if I myself look closely. Even after one night (I use overnight), I saw a huge difference. No other product has worked for me, let alone this well, & I thought I’d be suffering and using Aquaphor helplessly until winter ended. The smell is weird but tolerable & fades fast, heads up though the Psoriasin is dark yellow in color! Might stain clothes. I use at night & wear long socks to avoid it rubbing off. Miracle product, absolutely recommend!!

Has went down with time. It has a distinctive coal tar smell, While I didnt mind it when it was working, whatever they changed its not as effective as it used to be
