Kids dont seem to like the same drills over and over even if there is a good reason for them. This helps break them out of that habit and gives lots of different options to keep things new and entertaining.

Very insightful
Very good book to understand Boyle's philosophy towards strength training. The topics are well organized; Plenty of exercises with their respective progressions and regressions; Sample programs.

Good book for functional training
Easy to read. I got some great tips for injury prevention and how to train at gym to gain benefit in other sports. I have followed some parts of the book half a year or so and I think it has helped me a bit.I have trained all sort of sports for over 20 years. So I knew quite a bit, but still there was lot to learn from this book.

Eh....è bravo non c'è che dire, di cose ne dice tante e tutte interessanti. Ottime le immagini e i contenuti multimediali sul sito. Anche Boyle riesce a"muovere l'allenamento" in direzioni più congeniali all'essere umano, lontano da traumi e infortuni, verso un modo più naturale di allenarsi. Penso si capisca che non deve mancare nella vostra libreria se lo sport o la palestra rientrano nei vostri interessi
