Don't expect much. Cheap China product.
1) Doesn't really cool as much. My overall two stars (EDIT: It was three stars earlier because the fans were not making any noise) are just because it is more useful as a platform on which I can place my laptop and use at a comfortable level. The fans are pretty useless. My laptop still heats the same as before (i.e. without using them). 2 fans and yet no cooling effect.2) EDIT: I had mentioned earlier about silent fans, but I was grossly wrong! The fans have started whirring with a really loud sound and have to be disconnected when I sleep.3) Very hard to clean the dust and lint that the fans accumulate after a while. Too cumbersome. The front/back panels do not open easily.Overall, a hit-or-miss product. Don't expect much if you are serious about laptop cooling solutions. Avoid it all together if you are looking for a serious, long-term product. Invest in a more efficient and pricey product.

Not for heavy usage users, for normal usage users this is great.Plug this in powerbank or in a mobile charger brick.If plugged in laptop usb, it will discharge your laptop battery very rapidly.2 hight adjustment is also comfortable.I used it in 2nd height position it gives good height and flows air efficiently.

Dual Fan Pad
Good pad, got it for below seven hundred. The antislip rubber parts don't stay stuck though. Top portion is made of hardened metal mesh.

Does not have multipleheight adjustment
Product does not have multiple height adjustment feature. Trying to return but Amazon is only providing replacement with same product. If the issue is with feature what will customer do with replacement by same model?
