Most of the time long hdmi cable have issues. Especially when it is a micro to normal hdmi. This guy has no issue with data transmission.

Used for remote locating a pc in an adjacent room.

Using with a 7” sensor panel monitor purchased on Amazon, and this cable is perfect. Cable feels thick and durable. Sensor panel worked immediately. Highly recommend this product

Just got my micro hdmi cable for my kindle fire hd....awesome!! It took about 20 seconds, 20 seconds to hook it up and now I can watch my Amazon and Netflix movies and anything that shows up on the kindle screen on my tv!!!! I am thinking this would be wonderful for someone with vision issues who loves to read and is struggling, could read a book on a 32inch ( or even larger!!) screen. I have not put a book on my kindle to read on the tv yet, but what I am typing now is showing on my tv...now!! I played some of my songs and the sound comes from the tv. The album's covers show on the tv and I watched YouTube! . All you need to do is plug the micro hdmi part of the cable into your kindle fire hd and plug the other end into your tv(4 seconds!!)...go to the tv settings( I did it manually because my tv is hooked up to cable so I don't have a clue where the tv remote is and the particular cable company's remote control could not get me to change the settings automatically) and go to hdmi 2 ( it was on hdmi 1since it was hooked up to cable programming...your hdmi number my be a 3, depending on the brand)...bamm!!...okay, it actually took 5 seconds! So in less than 20 seconds you have "Kindle TV". When I want to switch back to cable, I just switch back to hdmi 1! I am also charging my kindle as I am writing this review!It is $10 with a 15ft cord, (so you know I am relaxing as I type this). I went on YouTube to see if there were any tutorials and there was a young man who made it sound so simple...it really is!! I wish I could remember the site, but I can't.I know very little about computers but this is a great deal. I KNOW THIS! I ordered it thru Kindle Prime and it fit in my mailbox and arrived exactly when they said it would. Hope it helps...gotta go watch" An Affair To Remember" on my "Kindle TV" ;0)!!

This cable was purchased to use on a brand new end zone camera system used by a high school. This camera system is set up and torn-down and transported every time it is used.I wanted a cable that takes up less space when packed up, and is a few feet longer. This cable provides both, and and gives the unexpected benefit of providing a significantly sharper image on the field monitor than the original cable sent by the system retailer.The connectors have a nice fit. I'm not a fan of Micro HDMI plugs, but this cable is designed and manufactured very well to give connections on both the Micro HDMI and opposing full size HDMI end that are snug, but not difficult to push in, and the fit is solid... they don't wiggle around like the connectors on some cables.On both ends, the actual cable part is very firmly connected at the point the cable enters the plug assembly, so I'm not worried about cable movement causing the connectors in the plug to break over time.If this cable meets your particular needs, I have no problem recommending you try it. This is one of several Cable Matters brand products I have purchased, and I have not been disappointed with any of their products yet...Simply put: they just work.

25ft is at the max of what will work and this cable does not always perform well. I am sure this depends on the application, but I find it easier to use a regular HDMI with an adapter.

Excellent quality cables - well made - I would buy from them again as the cables I have bought from cable matters would last a long time.

this cable works fine. hooked up my sumvision astro tablet pc to the tv and it all works ok.not much more to say, it does exactly what its supposed to without any probs.

It does exactly what I expected it to do 10/10

I don't like the direction durability wise USB and HDMI has gone. From solid full size connectors then basically getting more fragile with each upgrade. I've had loads of flimsy type C connectors and found that the old micro USB was more durable, and mini USB even more so.Same with HDMI. Mini HDMI was reasonable, but still very weak compared to the full size and I've had several adapters break. This made me think very carefully when buying a micro HDMI cable as I had even less hope of that lasting compared to mini HDMI.What many brands do wrong with type C and micro HDMI is focus on appearance on the outside of the shell of the connector. Often enclosing it in metal which is good in some cases, but not on a fragile connector like this where weight is a big disadvantage. The connector itself is often surrounded by very soft plastic on many brands cables and then after several insertions, the plastic just softens and then the HDMI/type C plug wobbles and breaks loose.This brand has taken the sensible approach. It doesn't look or feel expensive, but the connector is made of hard (maybe even a bit cheap feeling) plastic. Cheap feeling does not always mean bad. The connector feels very securely fixed in this housing and despite having an awful lot of use with my tablet and cameras, it is still a solid connection.With other HDMI and USB adapters, I've ended up putting a little superglue around the base of the connector and the housing as well as some hard setting heat shrink around the enclosure to stop it flexing and breaking in time. Some brands are that bad and just don't think about the way people will treat them. they won't last if they are made out of soft plastic housing.

Buying on line has its problems and this was one of those. Didn't fit my fire tablet. So requested to return product. Unfortunately Hermes are everywhere but nowhere near to me to return without a lot of angst. So another cable stashed away in my drawer and another £10ish wasted. Sorry can't actually review the product, I'm sure of it have of fitted would of done the job.
