I was talking this vitamins during my pregnancy (I liked that these do not contain iodine and copper, because I have Graves' disease)noticed that my hair and nails were very weak and fragile. Had some light complications with the baby. I eat very healthy. So I am not sure if I just was not getting enough vitamins. Switched to more complex prenatals, not my hair and nails grow super healthy (still breastfeeding)

Love this vitamin. It's not big to swallow like other kind of prenatal vitamin and easy on stomach.

Also, the vitamin C is an antioxidant so powerful it can reasonably be considered a miracle worker for your health and immune functions.Let me just say, this supplement is not only for pregnant women!! It could be a boon to anyone who has a serious deficiency of nutrients, particularly iron or vitamin B, especially B-12, which is common in females who are highly active or who do not eat meat.Just use caution in where and how you store these; they should not be continued indefinitely, nor should they EVER be allowed within reach of children. I would also recommend that you always eat a healthy meal before you take these, and include some fresh, leafy greens or some fruit with natural vitamin C in it, as they will drasticly improve your body's ability to absorb the iron you ingest. Also, I have used zinc lozenges before (which are great, by the way, for cutting a cold off in its tracks!!) and I can tell you from experience that if you take it on an empty stomach, you may experience nausea. And, with the reportedly difficult time pregnant women can already be prone to in that department, you don't want to take your chances as to that topic!!I want to say a million thanks to AMZreviewTrader for bringing this product to my attention. My wife was pleasantly surprised by the Premium Prenatal Vitamins by McQueen Health. Through out her pregnancy she tried several different brands of prenatal and ended up with headaches or nausea. Currently she hasn't experienced any of those since taking these! She is currently breastfeeding and of course we only want the best for our baby girl. These have surpassed her expectations.
