I had this item for two months now but I have used it less than five times for a total of fewer than 40 hours.The light already broke and it no longer turns on, what a waste of money and space.There's nobody to contact for return either, if it breaks you are not going to be able to get a refund.

Update: this wax warmer is still going strong and I have it on 24/7!! It melts wax perfectly! Haven't had a single problem with the bulb or the cord.I got this yesterday and it is so very cute. It didn't come in the branded boxes like I saw in pictures, it was just inside foam seated tightly inside a normal cardboard box, which was then shipped in a bigger box about twice it's size, loose with no bubble packaging, which is my only complaint as it could have broken during shipping BUT it did not. It has worked marvelously and melted my wax perfectly. It matches my kitchen just as I wanted it to and I love looking at it, it's way cute!! The product pictures make it have a pinkish hue, but it's definitely all white and glows goldish from the light bulb. The bulb seating inside the warmer felt loose and cheap, but it works as it should and there's no issues pertaining to that doing its job. Will update review as time goes on.

This warmer is super cute and I’m tempted to buy another as a house warming gift for my friend. It’s a lot bigger than I expected but that’s because I didn’t read the dimensions. It works great and warms up very fast. It’s perfect for my desk while I work from home. The only problem is it’s gets extremely hot. I tried to move it it over but it was way too hot to touch. I could feel the heat went through the desk top to the underside of the desk top so I added a coaster.

I was so excited to get this warmer for my little farmhouse. It was so cute, melted wax wonderfully, and worked great, other than being a little too hot. But last night my husband switched it off, and when I went to turn it back on today, the bulb flickered and went off and would not come back on. It takes an expensive halogen bulb, NOT a regular wax warmer bulb, so either I choose to replace that or just buy a whole new one. I’ve had warmers in the past from Walmart that lasted YEARS!!! This cheap piece of crap didn’t make it 3 weeks. DO NOT BUY!

I absolutely adore this warmer! I love the mason jar look, as well as the embellished text. It’s very cute and cozy! Burns well and is easily cleaned. No issues at all as it relates to its performance! Mine did, however, come with a chip on the top, around the rim (shown in last photo). But it wasn’t a big deal as the plate that holds the wax covers it for the most part. The light on the inside was also slightly askew — again, not a huge deal! Overall, very happy with my purchase!

Super cute warmer. Packaging was great. Shipping was fast. I plug it in and had it on for about 4 hrs and went to turn it off touched the base and it was so hot. That’s the only thing I don’t like about it and why it I gave it 4 stars. Other then that it’s worth the price.

I only gave this product a single star because it is cute, I will give it that. BUT, I think I was given a return item or they dropped this during production and said, let's glue this back together really well. Super disappointed! I was so excited about it when it got delivered today. This was packaged well, so it wasn't during transit. First thing I notice when I unbox it... nice crack that can be seen on multiple sides, all the way to the top. Returning in the morning!

I really like the mason jar look. I use a silicon cupcake liner to hold the wax, so I don’t know if it’s easy to clean. I thought it was a little expensive, but I don’t regret buying it.
