I purchased this product because it contained one ingredient, the ingredient I need. I use 1/4 teaspoon in a small cup of water. I usually chase with some orange juice because the taste is unpleasant. That doesn't bother me though. I do not experience any flushing from this product.

I use this in some of my face lotions.I also put 1/2-1 tsp in my family's Kool aid jug whenever I make it. It dissolves easily. I put this along with several other vitamins and minerals in my family Kool aid to feel better about what they drink.

I like to mix just a tiny bit in water throughout the day for nice, even energy. Really keeps me feeling energized and no crashes. Dissolves well and doesn't taste bad.
