I recently read "13 Great Ways To Use Apple Cider Vinegar For Your Health and Beauty" by Alice Donald and I must say, it was a game changer for me. Not only were there actually 14 ways to use apple cider vinegar, but each chapter was a personalized and easy read.One of the chapters that really stood out to me was chapter 7, which covered the benefits of using apple cider vinegar for circulation.
