High Quality Video Camera Probe! Super Easy to Use!
I have used this wired cable camera probe dozens of times to locate cables in walls, search for and retrieve metal items dropped in crevices and even take a look in my ear!🤣. It connects easily to my iPhone and has good video quality. Super useful for DIY projects!

Convenient features, great customer service
An endoscope is a must have tool for running any kind of wire in your house, or anything that requires you to know what's inside your walls. This product fits the bill; the image quality is acceptable, the light is bright enough, and its very long which was great - I never ran out of cable. However, after using this product to help run ethernet cable in my house, I encountered the error "Lens pull out" in the app and the product no longer worked. The app suggested this was a hardware error and to contact the provided email, so I did. After verifying my issue with a screenshot of the app, a new endoscope was shipped to me immediately and they didn't even ask me to ship the old broken one back. That's about as good as customer service can get in my book. A+ on that front.

Beginners Experience
I have a 100+ year old brick rowhouse that constantly has a new issue. For the past year I have been trying to find where water is getting into one wall. After working with a roofer, 3 masons, 2 carpenters etc. . . the issue still exists. While the wall was partially open, I wanted to see if I could see inside and figure it out. So far, I have not been successful but I hold hope that maybe I will during the next big storm. But, the scope did its job. I found the dual cameras useful for navigating through the tight spaces and they allowed me to better sense if the scope was heading/aiming in the correct direction. This is an "extra" that is worth buying. For the tight space, the light was good and images clear. I found connecting to the app easy and switching views easy.Even though I bought it for that one purpose, I decided I would have enough future needs that it would be a good tool to keep around. I thought of how many times over the past year I used my cell phone to video something out of my view. For example, hanging out a second floor window stretching my hand above the window holding my cell phone on video mode so that I could get a video of the wood on the transom above to see the extent of damage. Next time, I can send the scope instead (from inside my house) and get a better view. There have been a couple times it has saved me from pulling out a ladder. Plus, I can image in the future the hook or magnet attachment becoming useful for myself or a family member/friend.I have had one good use so far. I believed that the flue in one chimney was not operating correctly. Using the scope I now have confirmation that it is not working at all. Since the chimney was a larger space, the lighting could have been stronger. It was also harder to hold the scope steady enough to get a good image. But, I was able to get my answer. The control issue would be the same with any scope you bought.Overall, I am happy with my purchase but this is also my first scope purchase/use.

Great tool for Mechanics and HVAC mechanics 🤝
The media could not be loaded. Video quality is great, and is great for fitting into chiller evaporator and condenser tubes to check for blockage or busted tubes. I used it to look at my pistons through the cylinder heads on my car and was able to see I was sleeping oil past one of my piston rings. As long as you keep the lens clean you get pretty good picture and video of what you're trying to look at. Very easy to connect to the camera and so fat battery life has been great. 🤝

This device works really well. I love using it.
I'm looking into the nests of cavity nesting birds to determine if eggs or young are present. I love this device. High resolution pictures would be nice and increased illumination would also prove helpful in some situations. However, it has helped so much in the censusing of nesting purple martins that I'm hesitant to complain. Such good value. It's actually cheap for what it does.

Awesome!!! So helpful!!!
This camera has been invaluable in figuring out a path to drop a new Ethernet cable. It made looking into the walls so easy so we could find a good path to pull the cable. Picture is great, and it works very well! Light dimmer was also surprisingly helpful as we needed to dim the light to not get as much reflection off some duct work. This was a great buy! Have no doubt it will be useful again in the future!!

From 4 to 1 star in less than 6 uses :(
Bought this product in September 2024. When first using it, I will say it is very user friendly and great for an inspector or mechanic. The picture is clear and can switch to different clarities and positions around the bore. The light is pretty good and it’s super easy to operate. With any scope like this, the orientation can be a bit confusing when looking at certain objects in certain positions. I used this to see within a deep unexpected void within a 10’ concrete retaining wall. I was able to get clear photos for my structural engineering team. Used 4-5 times without abuse in mild heat/no precipitation. After every use I put it safely in the box in my desk. Fast forward 7-8 months and I went to turn it on and use it again for an unforeseen condition within a structure. The scope would not turn on, charge or respond to the on/off switch. 4 out of 5 stars first few times I used it and even recommended it to colleagues. Now I rescind my 4 stars and substitute it with 1 star. Potential customer service care could increase this rating drastically depending on the outcome
