It's a prototype and the design and name are deliberately deceptive
Slow and jerky to track even on fast setting and only moves in approx 10 steps so it doesn't track smoothly even when using its own app. Just completely unusuable for video using the phone app (Samsung Note 9 so powerful phone) Can't actually move a full 360 despite its name. Finally it cannot track up and down despite the design of the holder being clearly intended to suggest it can like the common 3 axis gimbals.
