Bought this to protect my fig tree. Worked incredibly well! Love how it ties at the bottom and can be folded away for next year.

I bought these to protect my neighbors' prized geraniums in advance of a week of freezing temps. He was out of town. The bags were covering the plants for 6 days. When I removed the covers, the plants were brown. I covered my own geraniums for the same period of time, but I used lightweight white covers and all mine were fine. I am mortified to have killed his plants! I'm not sure if they weren't as warm, or if it was that they blocked out the light? Either way, be cautious. Otherwise, these were very well made!

This spring, I purchased a Queen Elizabeth grandiflora rose and planted it in an exposed spot in my front yard. In October, right before a killing frost, I trimmed the rose down, cut a hole in the bottom of the bag, and stuffed leaves in it. Then I folded over the top and secured it with a large binder clip. Her Majesty is quite well protected now.

I needed to cover my fig tree due to some unexpected cold weather. Scrambled around for plain burlap but found this "bag". The dimensions were large enough to cover the tree without having to wrap multiple times. The "freeze" has come and gone and the bag worked perfectly.I would recommend for any similar use.

I used this for our one outdoor plant to protect from harsh winter. It has a great mesh for rain and air but very sturdy and protective.

All was good! Heavy thick Burlap!

Won't buy burlap again, too messy ! Particles all over my clothes!
