Moved to a new apartment in Dubai and I cannot tell you how much my life changed when I bought a desk and this chair. Absolutely loving it, could go a bit higher up but other than that it's really good for the money. Very easy to set up as well and nothing bad to say about this.

The ads says this chair is High Back. What we received is a Low Back. The headrest is at the level of my shoulder. This doesn't support the neck or head. The bulky headrest is pushing against my shoulder, making it very uncomfortable to sit. Returning this item as soon as possible.

Ive used this product the past 2 years and I have just noticed that I am getting lower back pain. It is definitely not a ergonomic product ( it doesn't say it is but I want to clarify it) .If i could go back in time I would save my money and buy a safety rated chair.Also, either I am stupid or the instruction manual is REALLY bad. It is supposed to be so simple but the images arent clear. No word instructions either. just visual.
