At the first use the motor blown
Waste of money it is cheap quality product after one use only the motor blown. I used the chopper with half kg chicken within 5 minutes the motor stopped. The burned wiring smell coming from motor plaese do some thing i paid 1240/- rupees for this

Do not buy
Not at all worth a buy. I purchased it and did not use it for a month (missed out on return date). When I got it out for use specifically for what the product is made for (meat grinding) in the first use itself motor started to produce smoke and died. It has not been working since then. I will be dumping this in the trash and going back to the old fashioned hand operated metal meat grinder. Absolutely do not buy this. They have only marketed it as a meat grinder but does not work as one.

Not worth buying
Although it chopped well... it also broke down at the third use... something burnt inside and when I took it for repair , the parts are unavailable. Beware of Chinese made anything..... they’re never repairable.

I Need to use warranty service for this product
Actually, the product is very good, but last month when we were using it suddenly sparking happened and smoke was coming out from the machine. From then onwards it's not working. I personally contacted the customer care service of Amazone as there is no contact numbers are given of shoppers. So, the customer care agent asked me to drop my complaint here in this section. I request you to look into the matter and give me a warranty service so that I can start utilizing the product once again.I humbly request you to fix my problem at the earliest.

Give as a gift get the taste
The capacity is sufficient to the normal family. Anybody can operate. Only 3 compartment for cleaning.

max 1 month it worked. ni gaurantee.. and exceeded warrenty starts 1 yr later. go for branded. these guys afe fraud.
