I was very pleased with the warm glow that these 2700k lights emit. I like them better than the white 5000k lights, especially for my bedroom. They seem brighter that a 50w equivalent, which is fine.

I used these lights to replace some that had been discontinued at one of the big box stores

I ordered these light bulbs to use as grow lights for my new weeping willow tree sapling that I'm planning to bonsai. I chose them because they are full spectrum, low-flicker rate (high flicker rate has been keeping me from purchasing any sort of led lights in the past, so I'm happy technology is finally catching up), and brightness-these are at 5000k, I believe and very bright. Doing my research before making this purchase I found out that those "happy" lights for treating seasonal depression are at 10000k (or is it lux?) which is comparable to how bright the sun actually is. I'm not sure how bright grow lights need to be, but I believe brighter should be better since sunlight is the best and how it's recommended to put grow lights only like a foot away from plants. Well, where I put these is more than a few feet, but luckily I have spots for 3 bulbs, so 3 x 5000k should be enough for my tree, right? I guess I'll find out. My husband likes them because he says it reminds him of angels shining down. :D I would post a pic but they are on my phone and I am on the computer. Will see if I can update with one on the app.
